Internet: Talked 2 hours with a guy from Verizon. The outcome: a super super frustrated and at the end of his power, Verizon technician. But if this whole internet issue would be a Triathlon I'm now at the last discipline. Isit running? No idea, but we are close. I might have to buy a device... will see.
