I went with Gabriel to a soccer practice last thursday and its funny, that a German guy, who played basketball from 15 till now, is playing better soccer than some of the amis who are playing soccer since they are 12 XD Better for me =)

New York (NY) or better near to Joyce (NJ) ?

Its like in the basketball league.... The New York Knicks and the New Jersey Nets hate each other. There is a big rivality!

Well Joyce and New York doesn't hate each other, but for everyone who stays at Joyce's place, will feel the rivality which arrises. Its like the house wants to keep you in itself. Its so hard to leave towards the city. You just don't wanna leave this place of fun, happiness and nice people!

Daniel, Gabriel and I made it, we could escape the charm.

Gabriel, the german guy who moved to Fairfax, is really nice! Gonna meet him this evening I guess.

There´s not much more to tell.... I took a picture of my picture wall in my room today=) Unfortunately I don´t have enough frames for every important person of my life... (Tommy your calender is at the other site of the room ;) )

Well, you always should stop, when its the most fun. I didn't do that yesterday, while playing basketball.
Now I have to struggle with a hurting thumb.


Nothing serious, as far as I can say, but it will keep me away from the piano, basketball and maybe swimming =( for about a few days. Hopefully not longer!!!

I have high expectations for the upcoming weekend. Mari and Tommy are coming to DC. So, it will be a lot of fun and a very good time.

In a few hours I gonna have singing lesson and then i will see CJ again = ) YEAH YEAH YEAH and Kris of course which is also YEAH YEAH YEAH ;)

Yes I had a very satisfying singing practice today even Hans-Joerg would be really satisfied =)

Big news from the family : Paul will learn E-Guitar. Today he has his first lesson!
Internet: Talked 2 hours with a guy from Verizon. The outcome: a super super frustrated and at the end of his power, Verizon technician. But if this whole internet issue would be a Triathlon I'm now at the last discipline. Isit running? No idea, but we are close. I might have to buy a device... will see. I actually TALKED with my hostdad!!! WEHOO

The weekend....

was horrible. Its kind of frustrating if you end up watching 5 movies on friday and saturday night. Well its not like in Germany, thats for sure... I mean if there 5 people have no time, you go to the other 15 people. Here you have a problem if 5 people have no time or are unreachable...
But since I'm taking everything like a lesson of life, I can deal with it somehow...

Fortunately Gabriel, a German guy, is coming to my Area. Hopefully a good guy! At least the few conversations have been really good!

Today is basketball! YEHA

Laaaaaaaazy day

Oh my god.... I didn't do anything today. After waking the boys up and sending them to school, i thought "hey lets take a little nap from 7 to 8" I finally got out of the bed at 11...
My first action then, was watching about 3 episodes of Scrubs =)


It really helped to make it a really lazy day, with peanut butter sandwiches =)

At least I will play basketball tonight... I lost my goggles, so its hard to go swimming. Have to buy new ones tomorrow!

Nothing new so far. Oh actually i started making friends with people from vienna... I will give it a try this weekend...

Philli # 2 and still saw nothing of the town...

If there is a scale from 1 - 10 and 10 is the best, this weekend gets 8! (I think I only had one or 2 10pointer weekends so far in my entire life, so it was really good)
I finally was allowed to take the car to Phillie. 150 damn Miles... Speed limit 65 Miles (about 105 km/h ?) Its really annoying especially because you have 3 or 4 lanes without any traffic... Well whatever!
You know, you can bear a lot if something like this is waiting for you :



Daniel came too, so we had our first real DUDE WEEKEND!

I bought finally some basketball shoes and we played in the gym on sat evening. It felt so so so so good to play again after 5 month!

We had a great time in the bars with the 2 German friends of Tommy (Basti and Hannes). Maybe a too good time. Sunday morning wasn't as easy as it says in the song... But Daniel and I had a lot of fun to watch the Dschunglebook!



The Sunday afternoon was just perfect! Very sunny and warm,for winter at least.
